Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule your exam. Please contact us within 2 business days of the exam to meet SSIA regulations. If you can not notify us within 2 business days, we may not be able to provide a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to make possible arrangements for a re-schedule. A minimum of 4 participants is required for an exam date. In the event that there are fewer than 4 exam participants, you will be moved automatically to the next available exam date. You will also be notified in advance of the exam date for your schedule adjustment.
